Deliveries may take up to 1 week if you are located in United States or Canada. If you are located in Europe or Australia & New Zealand, shipping may take up to 1-2 weeks. I HAVE RECEIVED ONLY PART OF MY SHIPMENT, WHERE ARE THE OTHER ITEMS?
We have different distributors so some items may arrive earlier than others. If you'd like to know the status of your other items, please email us with your name and order number.

WILL THIS ITEM GET TO ME BEFORE _________? 
If you plan to give one of our items as a holiday gift, please contact us if you want to be sure it arrives at a certain time. If not there is a risk of the item not arriving there on time. We are not held responsible for items that do not arrive before specified dates.
